The YMCA in Oxford is seeking supply Early Childhood Educators for its licensed child care programs. In this part-time role, you'll be responsible for delivering child-centered programming and ensuring the safety of children aged 0-6. Your contributions will help build a nurturing environment that fosters belonging and respect.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and implement a child-centered learning curriculum
• Provide compassionate care and support to children and families
• Ensure the safety and supervision of children at all times




• Embrace the YMCA core values in daily interactions
• Comply with provincial and organizational policies

Requirements:
• Experience with children aged 0-12 in a relevant setting
• Enrollment or degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
• Valid First Aid and CPR certification
• Minimum 18 years of age with a clear Vulnerable Criminal Record Check
• Ability to lift up to 20 kg and perform physical tasks
