Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.

Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.

Translate business requirements into BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria .

Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

Create process flows, workflow diagrams, and functional specifications.

Collaborate with developers, QA, product managers, and project teams throughout the SDLC.

Validate solutions against business requirements and support UAT .

Perform gap analysis and impact analysis for proposed changes.

Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities.

Manage requirement changes and maintain proper documentation and traceability.

Support project planning, prioritization,



and implementation activities.

Communicate project requirements and status clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication.

Valuable understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies .

Experience with requirements gathering and documentation.

Ability to create process flows and functional specifications.

Strong stakeholder-management skills.

Good knowledge of SQL and data analysis .

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word .

Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, or equivalent .
