Lead impactful youth outreach as a Youth Support Supervisor in Peel Region with a dedicated community organization. Support homeless youth through compassionate supervision and trauma-informed care.

In this full time role, you'll provide essential leadership to front-line staff, manage shelter operations, and focus on client-centered services. You will oversee staff performance and training while fostering a supportive environment. Your commitment to supporting marginalized youth will be the driving force in shaping effective programming and policies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and support front-line youth workers and volunteers
• Facilitate staff meetings for program quality improvement
• Create a safe, supportive environment per established policies




• Manage employee recruitment, hiring, and performance appraisals
• Compile statistical data and prepare monthly reports

Requirements:
• Degree in Social Services or relevant field
• 3-4 years of social service experience, with supervisory skills
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care and harm reduction
• Experience making community agency referrals
• Valid Ontario Driver’s License and vehicle access
