This contract position involves providing comprehensive services to clients aged 12+, focusing on individual assessments, treatment planning, and group counselling. Your role includes crisis management, advocacy, and building robust therapeutic relationships within the community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct intake services and assess client eligibility
• Utilize motivational interviewing and counselling techniques
• Maintain a caseload while meeting clinical targets
• Facilitate community outreach and education programs
• Collaborate in client-centered case planning and treatment reviews
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in social services or equivalent
• Registered with a professional college
• Minimum three years’ experience in addictions field
• Valid Driver's Licence and adequate vehicle insurance
• Clear Police Vulnerable Sector Check
