In this role, you will assist the Recreational Therapist with the planning and evaluation of various leisure programs that enhance residents' quality of life. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the planning and execution of recreational activities
• Evaluate programs for effectiveness and resident enjoyment
• Promote resident participation in leisure opportunities




• Collaborate with the healthcare team in support of initiatives
• Uphold the mission, vision, and values consistently

Requirements:
• Necessary Class 4 driver's license or obtain within 3 months
• Valid First Aid and CPR certifications required
• 1-2 years of experience in Therapeutic Recreation preferred
• Flexibility to adapt to organizational changes
• Solid interpersonal skills to maintain good working relations
