Advance regional planning efforts as a Supervisor of Development Review and Integration with Waterloo. This full time role focuses on overseeing complicated projects and supporting community development. In this pivotal role, you will supervise a team, lead development reviews, and coordinate partnerships with local municipalities.

You will also monitor legislative changes affecting land use and implement continuous improvement strategies within the Division. Your efforts will significantly impact the quality of services provided to the community. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Senior Planners and their development efforts
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary project reviews
- Track senior government policy changes
- Enhance development-related processes and guidelines
- Prepare internal and regional reports on performance Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Planning or an acceptable discipline
- Membership with the Canadian Institute of Planners
- Extensive experience in municipal planning initiatives
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
