Positive Shepherd Family Centre in Hamilton, Ontario is seeking a Part-time Receptionist/Program Assistant. This role covers 15 hours per weekend with rotating day (8:00am-4:00pm) and afternoon (12:00pm-8:00pm) shifts, and some flexibility.

The role involves frontline reception, basic clerical work, and helping with day-to-day program operations in the emergency shelter, within a supportive, trauma-informed team. Must be willing to cover shifts as needed.
