MBRP Ltd. is a fast-growing manufacturer & distributor of performance exhaust systems for the automotive and powersports industries. Located in the heart of Muskoka, MBRP has always been an employer of choice. We are seeking two motivated Welders (NOC 72106) to join our team—for day & night shift.

The ideal candidate will have strong welding skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a production-focused environment while maintaining high safety and quality standards. This position is on-site and operates on a continental 12-hour shift schedule (36 to 48 hours per week). AI is not used in any stage of the recruiting process.

Responsibilities

Tasks

- Operate manual or semi-automatic, fully automated welding equipment
- Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings specifications, manuals and processes
- Examine welds and ensure that they meet standards and/or specifications
- Operate brakes, shears and other metal shaping, straightening and bending machines




- Operate previously set-up welding machines to fabricate or repair metal parts and products
- Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding, brazing and soldering equipment
- Set up machines and equipment
