Job Summary

CTS is hiring dependable Welder Technicians to join our commercial truck and trailer repair shop. Your expertise will ensure the smooth operation of production processes, uphold safety standards, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our facilities. This position offers multiple openings for qualified candidates eager to apply their technical skills in a fast-paced workplace where safety, precision, and teamwork are paramount.

Open Positions

- Junior Welder (0–1 yr): 1 opening (Entry-level / Recent grads welcome)
- Intermediate Welder (1–3 yrs): Standard repairs & fabrication
- Senior Welder (3–5 yrs): Structural welding & complex trailer repairs

Responsibilities

- Weld and repair commercial truck frames, bodies, chassis, and trailer components.
- Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on steel, stainless, and aluminum.
- Fabricate replacement brackets, crossmembers, and structural panels.




- Use cutting torches, plasma cutters, and grinders safely.

Qualifications

- 0 to 5+ years of welding experience (commercial vehicle or heavy shop background preferred).
- Experience welding steel and aluminum on trucks/trailers.
- CWB certifications or welding diploma are a strong plus.
- Must follow shop safety standards and lift up to 50 lbs.
