As a Human Resource Technician, you will be responsible for staffing, classification, and employee development. Your expertise will guide the Director and Management Team in HR regulations and trends. You will also maintain employee benefits, assist with HR inquiries, and uphold policies from the LLRIB Personnel Policy Manual.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate staff recruitment and selection processes
• Advise on HR laws and regulations
• Maintain the employee benefits program
• Provide HR information to staff
• Enforce policies from the LLRIB manual

Requirements:
• 2-year Diploma in Human Resource Management
• 3 years of recruitment experience
• CHRP designation is an asset
• Excellent computer and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
