Dive into a dynamic role at UBC's School of Audiology and Speech Sciences as an Education Program Administrative Assistant. Your expertise in program management and administration will be essential in this hybrid position.

In this fixed-term role, you’ll assist with the scheduling and administration of MSc programs, providing direct support to the Program Director and the Executive Assistant. This chance involves meticulous organization, as you'll handle appointments, financial transactions, and course logistics for both Vancouver and Victoria locations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with scheduling and timetabling for MSc programs
• Prepare and enter teaching appointments in Workday
• Coordinate student research and teaching assignments




• Organize bookings for classrooms and video conferencing
• Manage client scheduling for in-house clinics

Requirements:
• Administrative background with educational programs
• Knowledge of Workday and Microsoft Office
• Exceptional time management and communication skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid model after training
• Experience supporting diverse teams and programs
