This 12-month term position involves testing and analyzing various ingredients and dairy products from Tuesday to Saturday, 2 PM to 10:30 PM. Ideal candidates will hold a degree in a relevant field and possess a keen interest in dairy systems and quality control practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct microbiological analyses on raw and finished products
• Prepare lab media and chemical solutions as needed
• Collect plant environmental samples for evaluation
• Communicate findings to Quality Control Supervisor
• Enforce hold orders on non-compliant products
Requirements:
• Relevant Bachelor’s Degree required
• Prior experience in a microbiological laboratory is valuable
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Capable of working in a plant environment
• Availability for shift work
