Reporting to the Managing Director, the Grants Manager will work closely with the Scientific Director to develop and implement grant-making strategies. This position involves identifying worthy funding opportunities and managing grants effectively. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Enhance and implement grant-making strategies based on research
• Identify funding opportunities that align with Foundation goals
• Evaluate grant proposals according to established criteria
• Monitor grants throughout their lifecycle,



ensuring compliance
• Interact with funded organizations to ensure brand standards

Requirements:
• Advanced clinical or scientific degree preferred (PhD or MD)
• Minimum of three years in a similar public/non-profit role
• Experience in healthcare/research sectors in Canada or Israel
• Detail-oriented with robust organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Office and program management tools
