You will report to the Manager and ensure high-quality nursing service based on SHN's commitment to team nursing. Collaborating with RNs and RPNs, your work will emphasize both patient care and education. Depending on departmental needs, you may be scheduled at General or Birchmount hospitals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver culturally competent nursing care to diverse patients
• Engage in patient education and health promotion
• Monitor post-operative patient conditions and needs
• Foster communication with healthcare team and families
• Ensure adherence to SHN's safety protocols

Requirements:
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Minimum two years of experience in Acute Medical Nursing
• Proficiency in IV therapy and patient assessment
• Strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare setting
