This is an exciting opportunity at the MMF where the Communications Coordinator will support department growth and facilitate communication strategies for the Red River Métis. Your responsibilities will include managing internal and external communications, developing key content for various platforms, and maintaining strong media relationships. You will also monitor current issues affecting the community and assist in video content creation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement MMF's Communications strategic plan effectively
• Ensure timely communication flows within and outside the organization




• Develop and oversee social media and promotional content
• Build partnerships with media and community stakeholders
• Promote a positive representation of Red River Métis culture

Requirements:
• Minimum three years of communications experience required
• Degree in Marketing, Media Production, or similar
• Proven team leadership experience
• Solid organizational and analytical skills
• Valid Manitoba driver's license for occasional travel
