Key Responsibilities:
• Load and monitor heat treat furnaces according to specs
• Validate material casting details and conditions




• Handle materials safely using lifts and cranes
• Track and log process activities accurately
• Conduct routine inspections for quality control

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Experience in thermal processing or related field
• Forklift operating experience is an asset
• Robust commitment to safety practices
• Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts
