As a Clinical Scholar, you will report to the Manager of Qualified Practice and Education, working to integrate and support newly graduated and internationally educated nurses. Your responsibilities include assessing learning needs, designing educational programs, and providing supervision in clinical settings. This role is crucial in maintaining high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess learning needs and develop educational plans
• Mentor and support novice nurses during their orientation




• Offer direct supervision and leadership in nursing practices

Requirements:
• Registered Nurse with CNO and current BCLS
• At least three years of hospital nursing experience
