UBC is expanding its Building Operations team and looking for experienced Plumbers to provide maintenance for water mains, drainage systems, and gas plumbing. You will report to the People & Process Manager, collaborating closely with other trades professionals. This position is essential in ensuring adherence to safety standards and contributing to UBC's inclusive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain plumbing systems to ensure operational reliability
• Conduct inspections and provide repairs as needed
• Assemble and connect plumbing components securely




• Respond to urgent plumbing service requests effectively
• Follow safety regulations strictly during all work tasks

Requirements:
• Certification as a journeyperson Plumber
• Minimum five years of relevant experience
• Valid BC driver's license and additional certifications are a plus
• Experience interpreting technical drawings and maintenance manuals
• Solid focus on equity and inclusive practices
