Take the lead as a Clinical Coordinator in Kamloops, BC, blending clinical oversight with direct counselling services. This position is designed for passionate professionals focused on person-centered care.
You will guide therapeutic counselling services for diverse clients, ensuring that interventions are evidence-based and culturally sensitive. This part-time role requires robust leadership skills to manage the In-Office Counseling team effectively. Key Responsibilities:
• Implement comprehensive assessments to assess client needs
• Design personalized support plans for clients
• Provide evidence-based and crisis stabilization services
• Facilitate sessions and coordinate referrals with resources
• Lead data collection and program reporting for quality improvement
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in a related field preferred
• Minimum 3 years of counselling experience
• At least 1 year of supervisory or leading role
• Registered designation with BC College of Social Workers is advantageous
• Proven ability to manage case documentation securely
