Key Responsibilities:
• Provide IT support for incidents and changes in retail

Requirements:
• 1 to 3 years in technical support
• College diploma or university degree in relevant fields
• Experience in troubleshooting techniques
• Capability to develop technical documentation
• Retail experience is advantageous
