As a key part of the Nutrien team, you will analyze soil tests, manage demonstration plots, and optimize growth strategies. You will also participate in customer meetings, sharing insights about marketing programs and varietal performance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Recommend fertilizers and crop products effectively
• Design and evaluate grower demonstration plots
• Compile and interpret agricultural test results
• Conduct trials for recent research materials
• Assist in the promotion of Proven Seed varieties

Requirements:
• Grade 12 or recognized equivalent education
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license
• Knowledge of local pests and crop management
• Experience in agriculture or agribusiness preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
