As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be the main contact for clients at our branch. This position requires exceptional relationship-building skills and a keen ability to multitask in a dynamic workplace. You will process rental quotations, manage customer expectations, and help generate new business through lead communication alongside Outside Sales Representatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process rental quotations, reservations, and contracts
• Establish new rental accounts for walk-in and call-in customers
• Negotiate rental prices according to policies




• Dispatch delivery trucks and manage delivery expectations
• Warm call on dormant accounts to retain business

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills
• Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Valid driver's license with good driving record
