They must attain dedicated knowledge of the water and wastewater industry in Ontario including current and emerging technology trends, issues and developments to be eligible for this post.
People applying for this post must have written communication skills to produce business plans, analytical documents, reports, briefings, and correspondence to be considered as an asset for this post.

Work setting
They must have proven project management skills to plan, lead and manage regional compliance projects and to lead the implementation of new/revised regional safety to be eligible for this post.
