We are looking for an experienced Plumbing Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing systems in residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures.
- Perform preventative maintenance on plumbing equipment.
- Respond to emergency repairs, leaks, and drainage problems.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Maintain detailed service records and reports.

What Were Looking For:

- Experience in plumbing, or mechanical systems.
- HVAC experience is an asset.
- Knowledge of heating, ventilation, refrigeration, and plumbing systems.
- Solid troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Valid drivers license and ability to be on-call for emergencies.
- HVAC or plumbing certifications are a plus.

Working Conditions:

- Work may include confined spaces, extreme temperatures, and emergency repairs.
