The GDI Ainsworth HSE Specialist is integral in maintaining safety standards across the business unit in the construction environment. With responsibilities that include conducting risk assessments, managing compliance, and providing HSE training, you will enhance safety procedures. Your collaboration with leadership will assure adherence to regulatory standards while promoting a protected working culture.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HSE management systems
• Conduct audits and manage follow-up actions




• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations
• Provide training on HSE systems
• Monitor and manage incident reporting

Requirements:
• 5 or more years in HSE roles in the construction field
• Relevant post-secondary education in Health/Safety or Environment
• Detailed understanding of safety acts and regulations
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and COR protocols
• Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
