Reporting to the National Credit & Collections Manager, you will manage collections for a portfolio of customer accounts. This role requires you to maintain relationships while reconciling accounts and resolving delinquency issues. Your contributions are essential in supporting cash application efforts and leading monthly A/R reviews to troubleshoot accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform daily collection activities via calls and emails
• Reconcile customer accounts for accuracy




• Develop strategies for resolving delinquent accounts
• Collaborate with teams to tackle complex collection issues
• Complete reports on delinquent accounts and efforts

Requirements:
• Over 3 years in commercial collections
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and intermediate Excel skills
• Experience in the construction industry preferred
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
• Detail-oriented and proactive in approach
