Sihi Pumps is seeking a Sales Support Representative to act as the main customer contact and coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing and Quality to respond to inquiries. You will help drive sales initiatives, forecast planning and productivity reporting while ensuring accurate proposals and effective order fulfilment.
Responsibilities include reviewing customer specs, generating quotes, and partnering with regional teams to improve cycle times and hit-rate.
