The UGDSB is hiring a dynamic individual for a temporary part time ESL/LINC Instructor role. This position involves teaching non-credit adult ESL classes, level 2 and 3, funded by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada. You will bring your knowledge of the Canadian Language Benchmarks and classroom management skills to foster learner success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver a multi-level task-based curriculum
• Teach classes focused on Canadian Language Benchmark 2 and 3
• Manage classroom effectively to support learner engagement
• Utilize Portfolio Based Language Assessment methods
• Document and report student progress accurately

Requirements:
• TESL Ontario accreditation in good standing
• Familiarity with LINC curriculum documents
• Experience with Google Classroom is an asset
• Proven commitment to learner success
• Excellent organizational skills
