Job Description
Manipulate sectionsof pipe or drill stem at the rig floor during drilling andduring the removal and replacement of strings of pipe or drillstem and drill bit
Handle, sort and movedrill tools, pipe, cement and other materials
Maintain drillingequipment on the drill floor
Drive trucks totransport materials and well service equipment
Assist in setting up,taking down and transporting drilling and service rigs andservice equipment
Cleanup rigareas
Assist other workers to maintain drilling equipment on drill floor
Requirements
Class 1 Driverslicense required
Previous workexperience on a drilling rig
Must have a strongmechanical aptitude
Must be able to workas part of a team and follow directions
Must hold allregulatory safety certificates as required
Can work outdoorsunder a variety of weather conditions
RequiredYears of experience: 1-2 Yearsof experience Salary: $27.70 - $32.00per hour
