Join our dynamic team as a Manufacturing Assembly Technician, primarily focusing on technical and mechanical tasks. This position is essential in our pursuit of quality and efficiency in production.
The ideal candidate will have a Technical Diploma and 1-2 years of relevant experience in assembly roles. You will execute key tasks, such as grinding and chemical cleaning, while maintaining high safety standards. Your role will also include organizing work to ensure accountability and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct mechanical tasks like grinding and process treatments
• Safely complete production tasks under controlled conditions
• Organize work for optimal traceability and accountability
• Control critical quality components during production
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S practices
Requirements:
• Minimum high school completion; Technical Diploma preferred
• 1-2 years' experience in manufacturing assembly
• Ability to read engineering drawings and use inspection tools
• Robust mathematical and communication skills
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
