Join Catholic Social Services as an Overnight Child Youth Care Worker at Kateri House in Edmonton. Support children aged 7-12 in a client-centered and trauma-informed program.

This full-time position features a unique 4 on 4 off schedule, working overnight shifts from 10 PM to 10 AM. Your primary responsibility will be helping children stabilize through personalized care and life skills coaching. This role focuses on fostering positive relationships and ensuring a nurturing workplace where each child’s needs are addressed.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and support children in a residential setting
• Facilitate life skills learning and barrier removal
• Assist with daily appointments and educational activities
• Ensure safety and well-being of youth in care
• Document program activities in a timely manner

Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in Human Services is essential
• Two years of relevant experience preferred
• Training in Trauma-Informed practices a plus
• Strong conflict management and crisis intervention skills
• Updated Police Information Check required
