Manage the day-to-day quoting of leases and financing for lift trucks.
Investigate and coordinate approval of new accounts with the Credit Adjudication team.
Lead Master Lease negotiations between legal counsel and lessees.
Support sales associates in the field by communicating and negotiating leasing solutions with customers.
Process lease documentation and review contract changes, including name changes, assignments, and assumptions.
Review and approve requests for increased credit limits.
Prioritize and delegate daily workload and projects while providing guidance and support to team members.
Develop, review, and maintain all company reporting for Canada.
Develop and implement new programs, policies, and procedures.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Accounts Receivable & Credit Management Collaborate closely with the Accounts Receivable team regarding collections, delinquent accounts, and account assignments.
Approve account adjustments and ensure past-due accounts are managed effectively.
Report results and lead discussions with banking partners regarding accounts receivable activities.
Work with the Legal Department and external counsel to resolve delinquent and bankrupt accounts.
Partner with legal teams on bankruptcy matters.
Manage the collection and distribution of legal filings from bankruptcy courts.
Promote and support all current financing and leasing products.




Assist with major and national account negotiations and customer onboarding.
Stay informed of market trends and changing conditions.
Help develop new leasing and financing products that support future business growth.
Support the CFO and Finance team with funding requirements and banking relationships.
Monitor the profitability and performance of current leasing products.
Assist with budgeting processes and financial planning initiatives.
Leadership & Employee Development Create and update job descriptions.
Conduct talent development and performance discussions.
Establish, monitor, and evaluate employee goals and performance.
Complete annual compensation and wage reviews.
Coach, motivate, and develop direct reports to support career growth and increased responsibilities.
About You Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
5-7 years of related experience in leasing, financing, credit, banking, or financial services.
Robust leadership, coaching, and team management experience.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Experience working with legal documentation, contracts, and credit approvals.
Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving abilities.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required.
