Join Coast Mental Health as a Youth Worker, dedicated to supporting young adults facing challenges. This permanent, full-time role emphasizes community integration and advocacy.

In this impactful role, you will assist young adults aged 19 to 32 under the guidance of the Young Adults Program Manager. Key responsibilities include implementing leisure activities, offering therapeutic support, and facilitating access to community resources. Your ability to foster trust will empower clients in their recovery journeys.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement leisure and therapeutic activities for clients
• Teach vital life skills for self-care and independence
• Actively connect clients to community resources
• Maintain accurate logs for program evaluation
• Mediate and address health and safety concerns

Requirements:
• Community Social Service Certificate required
• Minimum of two years relevant experience
• Knowledge of psychiatric resources and recovery principles
• Robust communication and organizational skills
• Criminal record clearance upon hiring
