As a Community Support Worker within the Supported-Independent Living Program, you will provide essential support for individuals living independently. Your responsibilities include coordinating service hours based on personal preferences, fostering self-determination and safety skills, and enhancing the quality of life through health promotion and skill-building activities.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
• Class 5 Driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Clear criminal record check

• Willingness to work flexible hours
