You will engage with business and technology stakeholders throughout the full requirements lifecycle—from elicitation to implementation. This role requires a robust foundation in requirements gathering, data analysis, and risk management, paving the way for innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead requirements elicitation and validation with stakeholders
• Develop business requirements and user stories effectively




• Analyze data and business processes for design support
• Partner with teams to define reporting and analytical capabilities
• Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders on solutions

Requirements:
• Proven experience in business analysis
• Hands-on experience with Counterparty Credit Risk and derivatives
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Expertise in Excel, Python, JIRA, and Confluence
• Experience in Capital Markets or Financial Services preferred
