At Northern Health, we are seeking a Clinical Mentor for IMU/FMU at UHNBC, leveraging three years of recent acute care experience in a leadership capacity. The role involves providing rapid, on-the-job mentorship while collaborating with nurse educators to ensure high standards of clinical practice. You will actively support nursing staff's skill development and lead clinical initiatives to promote excellence in patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide mentorship and clinical support to nursing staff
• Collaborate with nurse educators for enhanced training




• Advise on best practices in acute care nursing
• Lead initiatives for clinical practice improvement
• Support staff development through hands-on instruction

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of recent acute care experience
• Prior experience in mentoring or training roles
• Solid clinical skills in nursing
