In this full time position within the Architecture Department, you will support community planning and coordination alongside the Architectural Project Manager and external consultants. Engage with teams in Construction, Purchasing, Sales & Marketing, and Land to oversee project schedules, budgets, and compliance with the Ontario Building Code.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate architectural deliverables for various communities
• Collaborate with external architects and engineers on project issues
• Review working drawings for accuracy and compliance




• Manage revisions from municipal feedback and internal stakeholders
• Track project deliverables and facilitate timely resolutions

Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Architectural Technology or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in architectural or residential development
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit
• Strong understanding of the Ontario Building Code
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
