In this essential role at Linde, you will coordinate telephone referrals, verify eligibility for services, and facilitate setups for home oxygen therapy. Your responsibilities include processing orders, resolving customer inquiries, and maintaining the integrity of accounts. You'll support Territory Managers by balancing sales and customer service duties to achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate referrals and set up home oxygen therapy for clients
• Process phone and walk-in orders accurately




• Maintain accurate customer information and account setups
• Support Territory Managers in sales and service balance
• Perform daily cash reconciliation and track orders in JDE

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum two years of customer service experience
• Retail sales experience preferred
• Solid communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to safety and relationship management
