Join Whitewater Mountain Resort as a Grooming Operator and make a difference in our winter operations. Operate Snowcats and heavy equipment to maintain optimal snow conditions for guests.

In this full-time, seasonal position, you will report directly to the Grooming Supervisor. This role emphasizes safe operation of snow grooming machinery to prepare the resort for visitors while adhering to safety regulations. As you develop your skills, opportunities for advancement to Winch Cat operation will arise.

Key Responsibilities:
• Safely operate Snowcats and loaders across the resort
• Maintain secure access to facilities and event areas
• Complete equipment inspections and log findings
• Collaborate with team on grooming practices
• Provide assistance in emergency situations on the slopes

Requirements:
• Valid Class 5 B.C. driver’s license
• High school diploma mandatory
• Experience in operating a snowcat preferred
• Mechanical skills are a plus
• Willingness to work irregular hours
