In this role, you will work closely with the Maintenance Manager, responsible for regular upkeep and preventative measures in our community. Your skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC will be put to good use as you perform vital maintenance tasks and ensure a protected and enjoyable atmosphere for residents. You will also assist in deep cleaning and caring for communal spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and repair building systems and grounds
• Conduct daily inspections and address issues




• Execute preventative maintenance schedules
• Support housekeeping in deep cleaning efforts
• Securely store and manage maintenance tools

Requirements:
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of two years in maintenance or related field
• Experience with standard maintenance tools required
• Strong English communication skills
• Uphold necessary certifications as per local regulations
