Job summary The Warehouse Associate has a key role in ensuring that products are received, verified, stored, and transported to the sales floor or in the warehouse in a safe and efficient manner. This role involves constant handling of merchandise that varies in weight from light to heavy throughout the shift.

Responsibilities: Receive, scan, verify, and properly store all incoming products.
Organize and store overstock inventory.
Process and ship returns, manage damaged product claims, and complete required paperwork.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure inventory accuracy.
Dispose of garbage and cardboard in accordance with workplace procedures.
Safely operate warehouse equipment and follow all operating procedures.
Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements / Skills Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing and walking for up to 8 hours, frequent lifting and carrying, using a ladder, and regularly twisting, turning, and reaching.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems and processes.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and challenges.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks and priorities.
Forklift and/or Skyjack (scissor lift) certification is considered an asset.
Previous warehouse or related experience is considered an asset.
