Make a difference as a Part-Time Youth Support Worker at YWCA, working with 11 to 15-year-olds in a supportive transitional home. Empower youth to make self-sufficient choices while meeting program requirements.

In this role, you will work closely with at-risk youth to help them navigate their challenges and opportunities. You’ll provide vital support in areas such as job readiness and personal development. Candidates who have experience with youth, particularly in human services, will thrive in this position and contribute positively to clients' lives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist youth with career goals and job readiness skills
• Maintain a safe and supportive home workplace
• Prepare meals for 10 or more youths
• Plan educational and fun activities for residents
• Ensure cleanliness and security of the building

Requirements:
• Valid Class 5 Saskatchewan Drivers Licence
• Experience with mental health and cognitive disabilities
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Compassionate attitude and role model behavior
• Must pass security and background checks
