In your role at Monarch House, you’ll implement structured therapies tailored for children and youth, utilizing research-backed methods in Applied Behavior Analysis and related fields. Engage clients in a positive atmosphere while monitoring their progress over time.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement effective treatment and behavior plans
• Use systematic methods for behavioral support
• Conduct assessments based on directives
• Maintain a positive, engaging workplace
• Document client progress and communicate updates
Requirements:
• Degree in ABA/SLP/OT or pursuing related education
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Background in child development and autism support
• Must pass a Criminal Record Check
• Legally permitted to work in Canada
