Key Responsibilities:
• Implement individualized rehabilitation plans
• Supervise Rehabilitation Aides in daily activities
• Collaborate with a diverse healthcare team




• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and best practices

Requirements:
• Must be a graduate of a recognized Physical Therapy program
• Actively registered with the Canadian Physiotherapists’ Association
• Desire to work with elderly populations
• Obtain a clear Criminal Records Check
• Proof of recent tuberculosis screening
