Mars UK is seeking a Regional Sales Manager – West to lead the Ontario, Saskatchewan, Alberta, Manitoba and British Columbia region from Bolton. You will drive regional retail strategies, oversee District Sales Managers, and ensure alignment with marketing and sales initiatives.

Regular in-office collaboration is expected with adaptable remote options. You will travel about 25% of the time, develop the team through coaching and training, manage costs, and build strong relationships with trade
