As the Operations Management Leader, you'll oversee the regional operational performance across British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba.

Collaborating with senior leadership, co-develop and execute strategic initiatives, manage budgets, and enhance productivity. Your strategic vision will help shape the future growth of the organization while ensuring operational readiness. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in related discipline; MBA highly preferred
- 10–15 years of leadership in operations
- Robust financial management and acumen
- Proven ability to develop successful teams
