With a focus on camera blocking and composition, you’ll assist in the training and development of new Previs/Layout Artists while driving project success through effective communication and problem-solving. Key Responsibilities:

- Visualize animatics and manage camera staging
- Create effective key poses for character animation




- Collaborate with the director on layout coverage options
- Proactively identify potential issues within shots
- Assist team in achieving artistic excellence and continuity Requirements:
- 3+ years of relevant industry experience
- Strong proficiency in Maya and cinematic techniques
- Solid understanding of staging and composition
