Willow Tree provides flexible childcare designed around the individual needs of families.
Our care may include
- Regular daytime childcare
- Evening and weekend care

What You May Do Every booking will be different because every child and family is different.
Depending on the child’s age, interests and needs, you may:
- Read books and encourage language and literacy
- Explore numbers, counting and math through play
- Create art and crafts
- Enjoy music and age-appropriate movement
- Play imaginative games
- Build and create
- Explore outdoors and connect with nature
- Participate in age-appropriate educational activities
- Support cognitive and social development
- Encourage independence and confidence
- Follow family routines
- Provide comfort, patience and reassurance
- Most importantly, create an enjoyable and positive experience for the child

Requirements Contract workers must meet Willow Tree’s required screening, safety, qualification and onboarding standards before providing childcare.
These requirements may include
- Minimum age requirements
- Current CPR certification
- First Aid certification
- Required police/background screening
- Completion of Willow Tree onboarding
- Completion of required training
- Agreement to Willow Tree’s applicable policies, standards and contractual requirements

A Flexible, Human Approach We understand that childcare is personal.
While Willow Tree has standards that must be followed, we also want our contract workers to bring their own personality, creativity and strengths to their work.
We want you to have room to connect with children naturally while maintaining the professionalism and responsibilities expected of a Willow Tree representative.
Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
