We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join our team. This role involves maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of residential and commercial properties by performing window cleaning services as well as eavestrough cleaning. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work safely at heights.
This position offers an opportunity for growth within the company. This is a seasonal position, starting back early spring/late winter.
Responsibilities
- Perform window cleaning on various types of buildings, including high-rise and multi-story structures
- Clean and clear gutters, eaves, and downspouts to ensure proper water flow and prevent damage
- Maintain a clean work environment by properly disposing of debris and cleaning tools after each job
- Conduct yourself in a professional and pleasant manner and keep a tidy appearance
- Adhere to safety protocols when working at heights or with heavy lifting equipment
- Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled appointments within designated timeframes
Experience
- Prior window cleaning experience preferred or at least general custodial or commercial cleaning; training can be provided
- Familiarity with equipment ex.) squeegee, applicator, soft water etc
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during gutter removal or window cleaning tasks
- Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
