We are looking for individuals with at least one year of lift operation experience. As a Lead Hand, you will assist Lift Operations Supervisors in managing daily lift activities and ensuring that guests enjoy world-class snow experiences safely. Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure safe operations of passenger lifts and conveyors
- Supervise and manage areas as directed by operations leaders
- Conduct safety checks on loading and signage
- Provide clear direction to lift staff Requirements:
- Minimum one season of lift operation experience
- Effective guest service and leadership skills
- Strong personal work ethic and detail orientation
